IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please be aware that Rajang's Forest is currently CLOSED due to storm damage to the roof. The sea lion tunnel remains open but our orangutan habitat will not be accessible whilst essential maintenance and repairs take place. It is not yet known how long the repairs will take to complete but please be assured our team are doing their utmost to reopen this area for visitors as soon as possible. In the meantime, please rest assured that Orangutans, Tiga, Mali and Tatau are OK and are quite intrigued watching the maintenance team fix their roof!

Please be aware that our Kids Safari Play Area will be CLOSED from 15th to 19th April due to essential maintenance work.

Visits between 15th April and 18th May 2024

From 15th April 2024, you may experience heavy traffic around the surrounding area on your journey home due to planned roadwork closures along the A12 southbound carriageway between J26 Stanway and J25 Marks Tey. Route diversions will be in place but traffic may be increased due to this.
